I had haemorroids some months back- no bleeding just pain. I dont know whether they are there or not now since i dont have that much pain But i have developed a skin tag in the anal region which sometimes causes discomfort and itching. Is there any way to shrink it or the skin to heal as i dont want to go for a operation to remove it?

I have some discomfort in lower left groin joint ,some time it's reflect on left testicles ,some time in scrotum jone ,heavyness in anus . Pain is slight only it will increase on sitting .
