Can I go for removal
I had done my femur neck implant in 2018 after an accident and from past 2 weeks mild discomfort is present like pinching nerve and dull ache in knee side, can I go for removal as it might have healed thoroughly and what is the healing time again after removal. What precautions can be taken after that.

The decision can be taken after thorough evaluation for the cause of pain . As per your x ray though the fracture looks nicely united .
