Scrotum anus left pelvic pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have some discomfort in lower left groin joint ,some time it's reflect on left testicles ,some time in scrotum jone ,heavyness in anus . Pain is slight only it will increase on sitting . Some time it will reflect on left testicles like heavyness feeling some time in the back just left on the tailbone.
