I am 28year male. Having terrible problem of gas. Feeling bloating every time in stomach and burp most of the time. Breathing problem. And chest discomfort for that. Have to go 3 4time bathroom and stool not got clear and very smelly. When ever I eat anything feel stomach full and have to go bathroom. Please prescribe good medicine and how long have to take it.

Since yesterday evening, i have feeling of fever, running nose (mostly water, no cough), sore throat. Biggest discomfort is throat, i feel hard swallow anything like water or liquid in my mouth. I have sinarest and cheston cold tablets, should i take anyone from these or any other tablet suggestions. Please thank you.

Hello Doctor I am facing severe Acidity problem. This was confirmed through the endoscopy. Post taking tablets and diet I could still feel discomfort. Poking in my left chest and back too. Even troponin test taken which came as negative. Will it take more time to get well on the Acidity. Or is there any heart related issues. Which panics me everyday. Please suggest.

My son suffered with constipation problem in Dec 2018 and it was cured on Feb 5th and he was pooping very well for 2 months, but now suddenly he was not pooping from 2 days and he is not feeling any discomfort at all. After peeing last week, I noticed my meatus hole got enlarged. It feels like its torn. I guess, its beacuse I holded pee for too long that day. Whenever I pee, my pee releases from torn area as well.
