I have marble like things under my stomach skin. There is a bit of discomfort. They don't pain when i touch them or pinch them. They are not visible from the outside, can only feel them when i press my skin. Some are saying it is fat and it is due to weight loss and will go eventually but want to confirm and which doctor should I visit

I have a slight swelling onleft side of ring on penis(circumcised). No pain. No hard mass. It's close to vein. Soft swelling. Can I apply any ointment or medicine to reduce that? It doesn't hurt when touched but I feel discomfort sometimes. It's been 3-4 days.

Dear Doctor I have been experiencing persistent itching in my ears for the past month. The discomfort is frequent and sometimes intense, causing irritation. The itching occurs in both ears, though it may be more noticeable in one ear than the other. The sensation usually comes and goes throughout the day, but it has been continuous over the past several weeks. Dear I have diagnosed with early vocal Nodules how can I get cured from this I am taking medicine and doing steam inhalation but still there is slight discomfort in my throat and my voice is fine early it used get tired after few words but now it is fine with no hoarsness.

Hello Doctor, There is hard  wound or sore on my wife body and have pus. Yesterday she forcefully removed the pus by pressing the wound. Then after that she felt comfortable. But again she is feeling  pain and discomfort. Pls suggest some medicine for this . I am attaching picture pls check.
