I am suffering from the prolonged period. I feel weakness due to loss of blood. Somewhere I read it is due to anemia and I bought iron tablet ferium xt 100 mg from a chemist and I had it once a day after the lunch. but due to consumption of this tablet I have gastrointestinal discomfort. should I stop taking this medicine immediately?

About a month ago I was waxing my anus and I tore some skin off of my perineum. A day or two after, I notice some itching and burning but I didn't think anything of it because I thought it was from the waxing. I was putting a cream there to help the discomfort. A few days ago I noticed an odor and grayish clumpy discharge with more itching. Any clue what it is?

We are currently using a good quality (read expensive) Foam Mattress. But there is constant discomfort in the neck and lower back while sleeping and continues through the day after waking up. It's the same for me and my husband. We are quite sure the ache is related to the mattress we are using. Kindly suggest how do we feel totally pain free when we wake up.
