I am 35 Yrs old male just diagnosed with slow blood flow in micro veins of heart. Felling uneasiness and discomfort at heart and also feels problem in sleeping. Can any body suggest whether it the same as heart attack or it can be cured. And also would like to know whether it is fatal or is there any chance of sudden death.

I am 22 year old and I have noticed that my left Testicle is much lower then right Testicle. I do not have any pain or discomfort in my testicles. But I am noticing the same problem since I was 17. Constant mild pain at Lowe abdomen left side for the past few weeks. Pains increases when the trousers are tightly buckled. Touching at stomach itself is discomfortable.. Every once in a while when i drink a can of coke, and after a while my stomach starts to hurt a lot, it starts with discomfort then gradually gets worse, so much so i go to the bathroom just in case i vomit. last night i did vomit brown , almost like diarrhea and then i passed out, still with stomach pain but not as much, i wake up with a head ache, dizziness and almost dead cold.

My recent blood work shows mild hyperhomocystenemia and hyperuricacidemia with elevated lol and triglycerides. Although there is no hypertension or hyperglycemia,and ecg is Normal too. Hi doctor, Almost every morning when I wake up there is mild leg pain on both legs which gradually goes away and strikes back somewhere in daytime or evening and last for a longer duration. I also feel cold and numb around my thighs and knee region. The pain is mild and is very discomfortable. Sometimes it occurs on only one leg either left or right. Also I can feel weakness on legs but that is rare.
