Feeling gas and bloating and chest pain
After eating everyday meals like rice dal sabji may grandma feeling bloated and discomfort in chest area and feeling breathing shortness. Also after eating feeling pain in hip and legs and tongue becomes dry. Please suggest me what should I do and what should she eat?

Thanks for the question Please give her antacid tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg before meals twice daily Avoid spices and oil maximum you can Avoid sitting or lying down for at least 1/2an hour after meals.
