Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am suffering from the prolonged period. I feel weakness due to loss of blood. Somewhere I read it is due to anemia and I bought iron tablet ferium xt 100 mg from a chemist and I had it once a day after the lunch. but due to consumption of this tablet I have gastrointestinal discomfort. should I stop taking this medicine immediately?

If you are not feeling good after having tablet stop it..you can have iron injection if HB is low
