Prolonged periods
Doctor, I am 25 years old and not sexually active (virgin). My periods are usually a predictable 5 days with mild cramps. This cycle, I had brief mid-cycle spotting, followed by very light spotting on Aug 6, proper red flow Aug 7, a stall on Aug 8–10, and then a heavy flare with a clot on Aug 11. I am still lightly bleeding with mild lower pelvic/thigh cramping today (Day 9). I experienced zero cramps on all the days except light cramps on day 8 nd 9. What could possibly be wrong? I am 82 kgs and 5'3' height and have had regular periods

Care AI Shimmer
Nine days of on-and-off bleeding with a heavy clot day is outside what's typical for you and is worth checking properly.
Next Steps
Please get a pelvic ultrasound and a hormone panel done, then see a gynaecologist with the reports.
Health Tips
If bleeding gets heavier or you feel dizzy or very weak, seek care the same day.

Please get your sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist with the report. You surely need treatment for stopping the ongoing bleeding for 10 days.
