Heavy and prolonged periods
Hello Doctor, I am 41 years old single women I am facing heavy and prolonged periods from 3 months I am taking Novelon currently and have completed 1 pack and have started 2 nd pack Today my bleeding stopped on day 8 So, I have gone for TVS pelvis scan Please help me to understand my attached ultrasound report . and let me know what medicine and treatment I need to take. Is it something very serious. Currently I am taking Thyroid 50 mcg T3 1.66 T4  15.3 TSH 4.33 Vit D 8.86 CA125 10.8 FSH 2.54 LH 1.32 Prolactin 18.7 Hba1c 9.4 Mean sugar 225 I have started diabetes medicines Tab Glyconorm VG2 1 tab once a day before breakfast Tab Udapa trio 1 tab before dinner Tab Udiliv twice a day Tab CCM once a day Tab Uprise D3 once a week
