Urgently Visit a gynaecologist. You may have an incomplete abortion with retained products which may be one of the causes or maybe some hormonal imbalance.

Prolonged bleeding and associated symptoms like weakness, fever, and nausea may indicate retained products of conception (RPOC), infection, or hormonal imbalance. It is important to seek immediate medical evaluation to rule out complications.
Next Steps
Visit a gynecologist for a pelvic ultrasound to check for any retained tissue. A complete blood count (CBC) may help assess anemia. If infection is suspected, antibiotics may be needed. If bleeding continues, a dilation and curettage (D&C) procedure might be necessary.
Health Tips
Avoid excessive physical activity until the bleeding stops. Stay hydrated and maintain a nutritious diet to counteract weakness. If symptoms worsen (severe bleeding, fainting, high fever), seek emergency care.
