Piles n constipation
Irritation and jalan during passing stool since 2 yr, have constipation.take ayurvedic medicine but when stop symptoms again appears, sometimes bleeding also but not very common, always feeling of passing stool more than 3 times. Very discomfort during bike ride n sitting. Sometimes swelling of anus feeling with pain.

hello there. you seen to have a fissure problem. here are a few things that you can do. 1. drink lots of water and start your day with a glass of Luke warm water. 2. have high fiber foods avoid maida and other refined things. 3. avoid oily and spicy foods. don't even think about eating green chillies. 4. quit smoking and drinking. 5. lose weight if you are overweight. 6. do sitz bath when ever you get pain. and most importantly, consult a general surgeon ASAP. regards
