Piles and constipation
Irritation and jalan during passing stool since 2 yr, have constipation.take ayurvedic medicine but when stop symptoms again appears, sometimes bleeding also but not very common, always feeling of passing stool more than 3 times. Very discomfort during bike ride n sitting. Sometimes swelling of anus feeling with pain.

hello there. I can understand your problem. here is what you can do at home. 1. drink a glass of Luke warm water in the morning everyday. 2. have high fat diet. 3. avoid oily and spicy foods. you should just stay away from green chillies. 4. drink lots of water through the day. 5. have smaller meals through the day instead of having 3 big meals. 6. avoid smoking and drinking. they are a absolute no no in your situation. if you follow all these, you will definitely see a lot of improvement. regards

your complains seem more like you are suffering from Anal fissures. these are really painful. Since your problem seems well enough and is been for so long you should get it operated by good surgeon in your town. sitting in Hot sitz tub would give immediate relief of pain.
