Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Shock like pain on left side of throat which lasts for 10 seconds or so. Alleviates during talking or laughing. Feels like lump in throat. No pain while swallowing. I have this for the past one month. Was under homoeopathic treatment. Was getting better but started deteriorating after the prescribed course. I also feel a sense of gastric problem. As I always keep burping during the pain and discomfort. Kindly help

I started getting a pain in my left hip earlier in the year and over the past few months it has progressively gotten worse. Hello Dr , My Child fall suddenly due to which his tounge comes between teeth .there is one small curve slighlty visible on side of tounge. It's happened yesterday and he is happy now and playing also eating. Sometime when it touch he feel discomfort. Please have a look at attached video and advice. There is some kind of problem in the testicles . While laying on the bed it is fine but while standing or walking or sitting the size of right testicle increases on . The left one is normal but the size of right testicle increases . It creates a discomfort while standing or walking . Have had an ultrasound performed and got confirmation there is some small fluid in one underarm area. This is causing discomfort as it seems to be pressing up against a nerve. I'm a 33 year old Hispanic male. When I urinate, I sometimes have trouble starting. It is a weak stream. I'll have to contract those muscles to help empty the bladder or I'll push up on my perinium(sacrum?) There is also some dribbling when I finish.
