After peeing last week, I noticed my meatus hole got enlarged. It feels like its torn. I guess, its beacuse I holded pee for too long that day. Whenever I pee, my pee releases from torn area as well. Sometimes, I also face slight discomfort while sitting on chair.Please advise, is it going to heal on its own or what should I do? I have attached 2 photographs, if that helps.
