Have had an ultrasound performed and got confirmation there is some small fluid in one underarm area. This is causing discomfort as it seems to be pressing up against a nerve. I m suffering from a very bent penis, it faces downwards when erect and the skin of my penis cant be pulled back completely without causing me severe pain. I feel discomfort in the tip of my penis if the skin is pulled back. I m very worried please help me. I cant discuss it with anyone.

I'm a 33 year old Hispanic male. When I urinate, I sometimes have trouble starting. It is a weak stream. I'll have to contract those muscles to help empty the bladder or I'll push up on my perinium(sacrum?) There is also some dribbling when I finish. There is no pain or discomfort, no blood or foriegn objects in my urine.

I had an inguinal hernia surgery on my right side april 2017. Every time I try to go back to the gym I feel as if I'm gonna pass out. I also still have a discomfort where my surgery was. Hi, my right testicle is larger than left. Now i am feeling little discomfort and heavyness on right side. Shown to doctor and he told no issue is there. He tested it by touching it while i cough. I have been experiencing a needle prick sort of pain in my chest . Pain is momentary and irregular , occurs on an average twice or thrice a week but very inconsistent . As for intensity ,it would be between slight discomfort and mild pain . I feel like the pain occurs at a single point rather than an area but I might be wrong about it . Do I have to consult a doctor about it?
