Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I have had slight pain and discomfort on the left side of my groin (my left) just below the oblique , it started about 12 hours ago just outta nowhere when i was lying down and flexed my abdomen it started and now i feel sudden sharp pain just where the bladder is, i'm a 19 year old male and i also work out.

My report states - Evidence of well defined anterior wall defect of approximately 20 mm seen at supra umbilical region with herniation of bowel loops. Is this dangerous ? As i am having fever for few days now and stomach discomfort too. Should i go for a surgery ? Is it safe ?
