Hello, I am writing to inquire about the reason behind a small pea size lump on one of my testicles. There is also a slight swelling in the other testicle. This has been there for a few months now and it hurts at times causing a lot of discomfort especially when I sleep. I've read that it could be testicular torsion or even testicular cancer. Can you please advice me? Also, I am planning to go to a good doctor in Delhi regarding this condition, could you please suggest someone? Thank you so much.

While playing football yesterday I rolled on the ball and fell directly on the right side of my chest. My hands couldn't automatically come inbetween to protect from the fall and it was a very powerful impact directly on the right side of the chest. I have bleeding when passing motion. It starts at the anus opening. Colonoscopy done showed no internal bleed and motion also has no bleed, it bleeds from anal opening.
