I just check casually and found a lump in my right testicle. It is not on the surface but inside. It does not cause any pain but i feel a little discomfort on my right below my stomach and above my genitals. When i cough the part i mentioned between my genital and stomach protrude just slightly in comparison to my left side. Is this cancer? Please suggest
