Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hi, I had a vasectomy almost 4 weeks ago and became active about a week afterwards with very little discomfort. However, I am pretty active and generally ejaculate at least 2-3 times a day. Does this pose a greater risk for recanalisation? I'd imagine it may contribute to granulomas but I cant find anything online about how frequency may affect the process. Thanks for your reply.

I hv fat skin at my perenium (area between scrotum and anus)and fatty layer or extra on scrotum also on the base of it also there is something like lipoma but not 2 cm big but something white and round at the base of penis on left side which causes discomfort during erection and ejaculation...what is this?? Hi, i am assuming i have displaced my sigmoid colon, so how i can check it bcoz my pelvic bone pulled upwards & i dont get pressure while passing tools i feel pressure somwhere in the lower back.
