I was over weight 99 kgs and its been 5_6 months i perform yoga and normal excerise like jogging walking sqauts etc. I am now 86kgs and 5.5ft in hight. PROBLEM is my left knee cracks alot now der is problem in performing workouts. I can walk and climb stairs but there is discomfort and click sounds

I have slight pain in both the knees whlie bending or climbing stairs. I hve statred doing knee exercise for the same. I hve a habit of walking for 45 mins ( two times ie 1.5 hours) in a day. I dont feel any pain or discomfort while walking. Is it safe for my knees if i walk for 1.5 hours in a day?

Hello Doctor, I have PCOD since last few years. I had tablets earlier but I stopped taking it as I had side effects. I dint get my periods for the last 6 months, but I have been spotting for the last 4 -5 days. Yesterday and today i didnt have spotting but i feel some discomfort in my throat and breast pain. (Not a sharp one, but it pains when i touch it). Kindly suggest.

Just recently noticed red spots on Glans penis and it looks shiny all over glans. It doesn't hurt but itches once in a while but not regularly. No pain or burning sensation during urinating. Small blister type of growth is there on the upper back side of throat, visible when I open my mouth with tongue in. Noticed them two days back.
