Skin tag like thing 1inch inside vagina

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Im having some lumps which feels like tags is around 1 inch inside my vagina...Is it normal? Also im having skin tag like structure at the posterior end of opening inside the perinum wall. I'm not sure that of both..No pain or other discomfort..But seeing it makes me worried
