I am assuming you are sexually active. Usually painless small lumps at the entrance to the vagina are just enlarged glands in the skin. However if the lumps are tender or in creasing in size an infection is possible.

please see a Gynaecologist for assessment and treatment. sometimes a course of medication can solve the problem but rarely it may need a small operation if there is suspicion of pus in the lump.
