Throat infection
Having throat infection from last 5-6 days. Doing gargle from betadin 2-3 times a day. Dont have cough, fever and breathlessness. But have throat discomfort like slight pain not much and weakness in body. Still after gargle relief is not at much leveL. Attached pics of throat as well. Kindly suggest.

You need to take medications for your infection. Continue gargle with  warm salt water & take paracetamol 650 tds for throat pain.  Take plenty of water to maintain hydration. Follow a balanced diet.
