Medicine for throat infection & fever
From 18th night, I have throat infection & fever. I had taken paracetamol & zifi 200 but as soon as medicine power gets over, temp comes every time. Please suggest which medicine should i need to take..

Continue with same treatment for at least 5 days and add tablet loratidine 10 mg twice a day and have warm saline gargles three times a day, if you are not okay with this consultation with a physician is needed.
