Throat infection due to too much gargles
One week ago i did too much gargles with salt water due to which i am feeling very uneasiness in my throat. I took some medicines but it didnt work. My throat is looking very scracty and white from inside. Now my lips are very dry, i have lost my taste buds. Dont have any cough, cold and fever but because of this throat i am feeling very uneasiness. I can see in mirror my throat is looking patchy frm inside and lips are getting very dry. I am also feeling burning inside my throat. Kindly suggest what to do...i never experienced this type issue.

Salt water is hypertonic... doing too much gargle can cause loss of fluids from the cells in contact with it  leading to dryness. Don't worry, maintain adequate hydration, drink plenty of water throughout the day.
