Epson salt for gargle is safe?
Is epson salt for gargle safe or no. Many of my friends says that it is helpful in many case. Does it harm to body if used if any way. And if used do any thing to cover up🙏🙏

Epsom salt gargle is used in chronic halitosis,Normally for sore throats we use. Salt water gargle.Ingestion of Epsom salt have laxatives effect.It should be avoided in kidney patients
