Hi ,I am Male patient(30yrs) old. I am facing issues related to urine bladder since last 8-9 yrs. But I have not been able to get perfect medicine for my problem. 6 months ago ,My cystoscopy was done. Doctor prescription is attached. If any doctor can help me ,it would be great for me. Some facts about my disease: No obstruction,no micturition,No burning anywhere,No pain Just Feels * urge in bladder wall after having tea,coffee ,spicy,citrus *Irritation in bladder *Frequency *Muscles spasm of bladder sometimes *Haemorrhage in posterior bladder wall as indicated in cystoscopy and mentioned in doctor's prescription... that's all. I am a 32 year old woman. I have been overweight since my childhood. In fact, I have never seen my normal size body and face. I currently weigh 95 kilos which fluctuates between 92 kgs to 97 kgs. It has been the same for the last 10-15 years. I have tried several diets and exercises but I lose interest after losing 2-3 kilos and then discontinue. I don't eat a lot of junk food but my meals are of large quantities which I have tried to reduce. The problem is when it is something tasty I tend to overeat to the point of stomach ache. I pop in an antacid and after some time, I feel okay. This has been going for many years now. Someone told me that I have an eating disorder and asked me to take help from a therapist. Can someone please explain if it is possible to reduce my food intake via therapy ?

Past few months I am having drastical Hair Fall.. In fact I can see the baldness.. I had thick and healthy hair 6 months back... Last month I consulted doctor for my back pain issue and asked for blood test.. In the report I found to have Vitamin B12 n D3 deficiency... i am taking medication for the same... My question is is the hair fall can be due to Vitamin deficiency or some other reason. Can my hair regrow? Should I consult dermatology specialist or It grows back when my vitamin level comes to normal...I live in Bangalore...Please advise

If we stop minioxdil than why hairfall occurs? than why does doctor prescribe it ? I was having just a small hair thinning in front of my head which was really small I went to doctor he prescribed me minioxdil I shed a lot during minioxdil used for 4 month so I stopped it but now also I am shedding a lot and it's has been 4 month now so was this mean for extra shedding or what I did not losse my hair like this ever now they are very weak and fragile so much that when I run my hands over my hairs I get 3-5 strands of hairs very easily in my hand now I just want to stop this minioxdil shed and if it is not due to minioxdil than what can be the reason due to sudden start of hairfall while u are on minioxdil and that starts again after quitting minioxdil for one month and regarding harmones therapy my harmones are doing well because no other problems related to harmones I was also prescribed certain vitamins like hair fact and adgain along with minioxdil so please give specific answer

Mam/Sir, My friend period cycle is irregular in fact she was always late from her last period date from 2,3,5or sometimes 7days also. Whenever she regularly done yoga for a month she had on exact date period come. Last mont she had 4or 5days late period from expecting date and after 8days late she had sex with bf so plz tell me that is any chance of pregnancy or not. She doesn't take any pills or precautions. Today is the expecting date of period and she doesn't have, is this normal or as usual 5-7days late from date or anything else?

So from the past week, i have been suffering from severe pain in jaw. I couldn't open or mouth completely without pain. During this phase, i noticed that i'm grinding teeth even when i'm awake. As for the pain, i have been taking flexon mr tablets (7 days - daily twice)and doing saline gargles. Yesterday when i woke up, the pain seem to be reduced significantly, in fact now i dont feel pain in opening or closing of mouth.. Yesterday I have shared cutlery and food with a HIV exposed person - this person is under medication and completed his dose only yesterday after he got exposed to a possible HIV infection. I just wanted to know that if I might also get infected because I shared food and saliva and cutlery with him. also the fact that I had swollen and inflammed gums inside my mouth - they are not bleeding gums but they definitely swollen from the overgrown gum that had been reduced (Crown lengthening) 2 months ago. Food was lodged inside and hence the swollen gum. The dentist dislodged the food particles to close the root canal. What are my chances of getting infected with HIV in this case?

Me n my bf had unprotectd sex on last n 5th day of my periods i.e 15april(my period strt this month on 11th aprl acc. To my cycle) n aftr 1 hr i took unwanted 72 pill ,i hv full 30 days cycle my last period was also on 11th of march n ended 15 mrch..n my ovulation window is expct to strt on 23 aprl ,but still i m vry confused n doubtful tht ,may i still aftr my period fact n pill takin ,i m expct to get pregnant ??really stressed plz reply its urgnt..thank u

Hello, I am having a good relationship with my bf since 6-7 years. Three months ago he cheated upon me n we fought for that. In fact my bf told me that he only love me n whatever he did was just a mistake. He told me to give him a chance n he really wants me. But it's hard for me to trust him again. These days he is busy in work or with his family. After this case, I fight with him alot on small things due to doubts on him. He told me that, trust me I am all yours. But due to doubts when we are together my behaviour is changed with him which can make him tensed n due to our fightings he is not happy. I think his love for me is decreased by my behaviour. I want him back n his love too. Please help me out.

I understand the fact that heart diseases such as atherosclerorsis is genetic, both my parents have it and have gone through surgical interventions both of them had it before 50, they got blood sugar first and I'm sure the heart problems came in later due to lack of exercise,uncontrolled food habits and stress related love lifestyle, my question is if their lifestyle is what caused their problems with heart, as uncontrolled food habits and have caused this then how can it be genetic? Isnt the lifestyle not to be blamed and how can we be sure the gene in me shared by them carries risk due to bad lifestyle they adopted years later after I was born?
