I m having forgetful memory , I forget things quite oftenly, Instances are : 1) Forgot my wallet at restaurant. 2) forgot keys in the scooty n I went for shopping n when I came back luckily keys were there, 3) lended money to someone , and forgot to take back etc Instances are many , I have been facing this past a year , Now I have failed in my exams  because it is very difficult for me to memorise facts and data, apart from memory everything is normal Forgetful memory has my life very disturbed and annoying. Please help .

Been having intense pain in my upper right abdominal area around rib cage below chest. It has been occuring since last October at least. Pain is usually a stabbing, uncomfortable feeling that radiates sometimes to my back. Lately, it has been an 8 out of 10 on the pain scale, which is bad for me due to my high pain tolerance and the fact it is a chronic pain. I was diagonosed from typhoid. At that time one mistake was happened by nurse. She gave me injection of azithromycin 500 without dilution. I took around 15 days medicine. After that ringing in ear and back pain and pain cervical started. I felt muscle weakness. I went to neurologist and he told me that you have mild herniated disc. And I can't sit for more than 40mins continuously even after 2 months. I want to know if this is an affect of azithromycin wrong injection or medication per se or the weakness after typhoid. In fact 2 weeks ago I was walking and then it started pain in my right knee. I am streching and walking on a continuous basis to build muscles. I want to know if it is reaction of injection till. And now what should I do?

Hi Doctor, I have been using soltus since 7 years. Started with soltus 100 and now reduced t soltus 50. I take half soltus 50 at night daily. However I always get sore throat and allergic throat congestion at night after having soltus and it worsens in morning. In fact any time I take soltus it starts itch and congestion withing few minutes. Tried solian and sulpitac as well, same result. Is there any solution to my problem? Or alternative to amisulpride? Which will be as effective as amisulpride?? Regards, Sagar

Hi Doctor, I feel my dad is suffering from depression. After he fell ill and was hospitalised for sometime due to his kidney stones, his business didn't perform well. So he had to close his business. However, he being a father of two daughters, who are well settled in their career, he does not seem to accept the fact that his health does not allow him to work anymore. He is diabetic too and has lost a lot of weight due to overthinking about his early retirement. He keeps forgetting things and is always lost in another world of his thoughts. He resists visiting doctors and does not take his diabetes medication on time, unless reminded of/forced to. Please suggest how can we help him overcome his depression. Okay wierd question my Doctor said I have HIV but these facts about me is not true. I never had sex, never had a blood infusion or it wasnt in any family history so he the doctor correct about my yearly testing. I have a strange bunch of small patches of rashes. It doesn't hurt, burn, itch and it's not bacteria cause I'm always working around bio harzard stuff but I'm in a big puffy suit when in work. Hello Doc, This regarding my to be spouse. We had our private moment but i did not ejaculate d inside her. It was just outside but yes touched her private area. I am aware of the fact that i should have taken care of this and used condom but it just happend in the moment. Her mensuration cycle starts from 27 of each month but after this incident she missed her dates by 2 days and no symbtoms yet. We are really concern whether is there any chance of pregnancy? How to check/verify ? Or it is just the tension and thought we have in our mind. If by any means test comes positive, as we are not ready yet how can we avoid this. Please guide because i am really very much tense considering our future. Incident happened on feb 18 and it has been like 2 weeks now. Please guide us how shuld we proceed ahead with this. I am a 17 year old lad and I am extremely skinny and short with my belly sticking out a lot for some reason(I don't eat any junk food or take unhealthy beverages ).I feel a bit of pain in my legs most of the time especially while playing football.I get tired quickly and lack overall strength considering the fact I eat healthy and exercise daily.I get made fun of and I suck at every sport and my bones stature( Legs wrist etc) are like of a 12 year old boy.I am tired of my life n want to suicide.

My mother was diagnosed pre-diabetic in July. Hence, appointed a nutritionist to take care of her diet. Her Hba1c was 5.8 back in July, which went up to 6.0 in Nov and back to 5.6 in December. Today, she just had her fasting sugar levels checked which was 107, Above the normal range. This in spite of the fact that she is taking fibre rich vegetarian food and done away with all fatty stuffs which contain oil and non veg. She is not taking sugar except for morning coffee. She is taking more green tea and black tea without sugar. Moreover, she goes for walk every day and works most of the time at home. Having flax seeds before meal. She is not having any of the symptoms as well. Could the reports be wrong any chance..?

I am 57yrs old. My blood sugar level is 200 fasting and 320 random.My doctor suggested it as type2 diabetes.I am now taking the allopathic medicine (1) dapagliflozin tab.(2) Saroglitazar tab.(3) sitagliptin phosphate tab.(4) Gemer 2.Now the fact is that the sugar maintain in level when I keep continued the medicine and as soon as I stop the level attain at high level.That sir, can assume your IME9 along with these medicines to get better in this regard for long time?
