Hi Professionals, I have an aunt and she suddenly unwell since last Wednesday, 1st December 2021 like she is having High fever, Vomiting, Back side pain and No urine since last 24 hours. Further, we have done investigation and it was detected that she is having Bilateral Acute Kidney Infection. Another fact, since September last week of this year, she is under medication for Kidney treat by tablets and capsules.. Creatinine Levels - 1. 4th October - 5.0 2. 1st December - 1.7 3. 4th December - 4.8 There is sudden spike has seen because of unwell.. Today, we came to know that she is having a history of HIV positive in 20 years back and taking medicines.. I am looking for all your suggestions.. What would be the right move.. It looks like dialysis needed and antibiotics too.. Looking for the right suggestions...

Two years ago, I had Lasik ( femto)... from the very first day ...I began to see floaters in both eyes and light sensitivity  . After 6 months, I began to see number of flashes in both eyes occassionally. I went to dr. He said ur retina is f9 nthg to wry about...what should I do? I have never experienced all this before Lasik surgery. Is my retina and eyes are on stake now? Should I be blind one day in the coming years? My floaters and liquified gel which I able to see through my eyes are increasing day by day. As I m pregnant now, is pregnancy gng to effect my eyes more? Plz fact reveal karna behind all this . I m fed up gng to doctors regularly ?

Hello doctor, I am single 27 year old, and I am recently noticing the premature growth of white hair and its getting worse month-by-month. I am pretty much worried about the fact that it's gonna completely turn into white in next couple of months or years. During teenage years I've used hair beautifying products like straightening, gel, wax,  etc... However, for the past 6-7 years, except using hair oils, I've stopped using any of the aforementioned products along with hair shampoo (since last year). Do we have any remedies or solutions to overcome this problem. Highly appreciate your support here.

Get angry often , if things doesn't happen as per me I get irritated, most of the time I feel I m unwanted and unvalued and unloved . In fact I m sure no one in my surroundings likes me , my parents / siblings / husband /inlaws . Bullied by people , not able to make decisions and even if I make one I regret a lot later . Don't feel like meeting people , feel alone in social gatherings. I chant , I meditate but it doesn't bring me much peace , I dwell most of the time in past wishing if I could undo somethings , Too emotional, that I cry quickly if someone really comments something personal . Always keep wishing if I wasn't alive or would have come in this world . Don't know how do I deal with my feelings and emotions.

Don't know if it's really due to being injected with a MMR vaccine or is it a tablet named ascazin 50 mg or is it due my anxiety-induced acidity. To be fact, i have 99% Sp02 and 88 PR.I don't have any sort of fever, cough and cold.All i had now is watery-stool along with bloated or tight stomach associated with breathing difficulties i.e i had to have shallow and deep breath.Is it a temporary effect, if it's what i need to do now? PS:I have already taken PPIs since 2-3 but no extent i am feeling better. Please doctors, help me out figure this?

I can't focus on my work from home job due to sudden breathlessness and bluriness, headache. I don't have any sort of fever or cold or even cough.All it happened was 2-3 days back, when I took ascazin and MMR vaccine.Couldnt figure out what is holding me from having my healthy life, which was once before.Please, doctor help me as I am feeling unwell bcuz of this shortness of breath and light-headedness along with blurry vision.I would like to contradict the fact that I aint having Covid-19 syndrome. Please doctors help me as I can't cope with this any further.Its an 🆘!

I have high fever which goes up to 102° after the medicine's effect is over. It comes down after taking the medicine, though. But it is there since 5 days now. I have been taking Dolo 650 (PCM), have to take around 3 tablets daily. I am awaiting result for my COVID test, but have been on medication. Taking Doxy 100 mg and other supplements like Vitamin C, Zinc and B Complex. Also taking steam. Oxygen remains around 96-97. I have already taken 3 doses of Ivermectin. The only worrisome thing is fever, which constantly ranges between 100-102°. Another important fact is that I took the 1st dose of Covaxin more than 10 days back. What should be the further course of action?

Hello doctor It has recently been identified that my mom is currently having LVEF 30% and according to the doctors (in the hospital where she was admitted) this rate is quite critical and angio is not even be fruitful in this situation. My mother is a diabetic patient (DM Type-II) with  cholesterol. She has recently undergone the treatment for pleural effusion, in fact after this treatment we got to know about the LVEF. We have consulted with a cardiologist and he has suggested Vymada 50 with few other medicines as well. Which should be the necessary precautions that my mother has to abide by including daily lifestyle and foods? Which foods and deeds have to be strictly avoided? Thank you.

Hi ,I am Male patient(30yrs) old. I am facing issues related to urine bladder since last 8-9 yrs. But I have not been able to get perfect medicine for my problem. 6 months ago ,My cystoscopy was done. Doctor prescription is attached. If any doctor can help me ,it would be great for me. Some facts about my disease: No obstruction,no micturition,No burning anywhere,No pain Just Feels * urge in bladder wall after having tea,coffee ,spicy,citrus *Irritation in bladder *Frequency *Muscles spasm of bladder sometimes *Haemorrhage in posterior bladder wall as indicated in cystoscopy and mentioned in doctor's prescription... that's all. I am a 32 year old woman. I have been overweight since my childhood. In fact, I have never seen my normal size body and face. I currently weigh 95 kilos which fluctuates between 92 kgs to 97 kgs. It has been the same for the last 10-15 years. I have tried several diets and exercises but I lose interest after losing 2-3 kilos and then discontinue. I don't eat a lot of junk food but my meals are of large quantities which I have tried to reduce. The problem is when it is something tasty I tend to overeat to the point of stomach ache. I pop in an antacid and after some time, I feel okay. This has been going for many years now. Someone told me that I have an eating disorder and asked me to take help from a therapist. Can someone please explain if it is possible to reduce my food intake via therapy ?
