Food digestion
I have been working out to build muscle for past 5 months.. I have been following calorie surplus diet along with 1 scoop Whey protein in milk everyday.. But Still I remain in the same weight with no change. In fact my there are no changes in my muscle structure too. It is the same skinny fat that exists.. I feel the food I take, the nutrients in it are not assimilated by my body.. Also there is a bad odour everytime I use toilet which people complaints as abnormal smell.. I could hear sounds from inside my stomach region.. For the food that I eat.. I should have gained either muscles or weight.. But still I remain the same.. please help it out..
