School behaviour
Hello doctor, This is with regards to my son. He's 2 and has started play school recently. He has been a very outgoing kid and whenever we take him out has been mingling with people around. In school however, I do hear from his teachers that he sits in a corner and plays with his toys when the other kids play amongst themselves. While I do understand he's just 2 and don't like to put pressure on him, things fall in place in the long run, I do want to know is it a matter of concern? It's not that he doesn't like going to school in fact he likes to be there, but off late he's begun to cry a bit missing my wife, his mom. Not sure if I am thinking too much. Please help, a little lost on this one.

Usually kids take adaptation time for new places . Probably he feels lost in that place or else he recently got an issue at school which is frightening him. So no need to worry talk to him explain him. If possible stay with him in the school for few days for a period or two. It wil help in acclamitising to new environment.
