My free testosterone levels came low around 1.7 ng / dl while total testosterone came 890 ng / dl . Making free testosterone 0.18% of total testosterone . In the trusted health sites , mention it to be around 1-2 % to be normal yet I am 10 times below . No doctors see it and just dismiss me . My FSH was also low around 1.4 miu/ ml . Can anybody advice why my free testosterone is so low . I am active and take good diet . I have gyno since I was 12 . I have no morning erections at all. I also get trouble while getting and maintaining an erection . Everyone dismisses by saying you are reading google . But it is a fact that i am saying but why don't they listen .

I was involved in a 1.5 year long relationship with this girl till this July.She broke up with me in this July.There are some facts which I want to share and wanna know those thing's psychological reason. 1)I always used to chat with other girls online besides having her..I flirted with them but at the end used to tell my girlfriend about those girls,why I flirted with those girls and why even I told my girlfriend about those things? 2) I wanted sex,sextings ,normal video calls from my girlfriend but she used to be dramatic about those things and I always used to blame her for less doing those things and broke up and patched up thousand times.I never realised and respected her opinions.3) The last thing is if I was such a narcissistic person then why would I still miss her still now and feels only myself  guilty about this breakup?Is it love?

When was in  8th class, I discovered that my labia minora has elongated into some extra mass of cells , and then it wasn't painful at all , However year by year as the itching  started,  I observe the fact that this elongated part swells up after I harshly itch it. I had an appointment with a gyanecologist then but she said it was all normal with no big issue ,just a fungal infection for which she prescribed some medication. She said it was normal for a vagina to be like mine. However these days the itching has become way too severe and this lump of mass swells to an enormous size.  It feels like some fluid is inside of it . And after an hour or two it leaks certain fluid and returns to its normal shape. It's highly uncomfortable . It also pains a lot.

I am suffering from maladaptive daydreaming since I was 14 years old. The issue is I always feel low about myself and the True fact is I am not able to achieve anything in life. So I daydream about being successful and getting what I want in life. Initially it used to give me self confidence and also had some control over it. Now, I have got addicted to it. Also since I am not able to achieve anything everything I feel sad I have started to mast urbane as well I know it is really bad, and I feel guilty every time I do it. But when I am sad, confused or sometimes even boared, I either daydream or masturbarate without even knowing. This has effected my focus and I am not able to be present. Especially I feel like I have lost control over time. I really need to get out of this.

Since some time I am facing pain on the laft side of face (between left ear and left side jaw area) whenever I inclined towards that side and when sleeping left side turned. I feel its some nerve which is causing inflammation and pain. But not sure about what could be reason. Inputs: I use hearing aids and I have wisdom teeth issue on left side as well. I had visited an ENT specialist, but it did bot help me at all. I visited dentist but the doctor was not sure. Its nurve which is causing pain but why... Don't know. Dentist advised surgery and extraction of wisdom teeth which is trying to come out but can not come out fully. The fact is every day while sitting I am fine. But while sleeping on left side, I am in lots of pain between left ear and left side jaw. Which doctor should I visit or what can I do to get rid of this pain? Please suggest

Hi doctor, For the last 2 months i.e September and October, there were some functions going on at my house due to which I took primolut pills to delay my periods. Last month i got my periods on the 10th of October. But now this month I want my periods a little bit early due to diwali. I don't want to take pills this month now. So I came to the fact that fingering that masturbating can lead to early periods. I opted for that and I got blood on the tool after 3 hours I went for a peeing and there was a blood clot in that so I thought I started my periods. But now it is 24 hours and there is no spot of blood. Please review and tell me what's the issue and when will I get my periods. I want it within 24 hours

Hello doctors!! Please see picture, i often get pain, and cheek bite scars, trauma marks on these areas! I hv an impacted lower wisdom tooth! Sharing picture of that too. What can be the treatment? And why iam I getting cheek redness on cheeks due to impacted tooth? Its not even visible in oral cavity! As a matter of fact i knw that my impacted molar is hitting the adjacent tooth but there is no pain there.. i hv pain on gums where there is impaction and adjacent cheeks are getting redness/ irritation.

Hello Madam/ Sir I haven't got my periods since my last cycle July 17-22. Took 2 urine pregnancy tests and came out negative I even consulted a gynaecologist and took up Beta HGC and Prolactin tests. Beta HCG : 2.0 mU/mL Prolactin : 14 ng/mL I also have a itchy vagina along with white, dry and curdy discharge. Is it a yeast infection? Considering the fact that it's negative pregnancy Kindly assist. Thanks in advance

Hello Doctors , My self is 22 , I have notices some blood in stool earlier this month , These occurred to me in last year also , the same month . I have gas issues from childhood.Since last month I am feeling constipated.Now I saw lumps above groin,in legs , And in chest - varies in size , Nothing visible to eye .Deep under skin.Some lumps feels like filled with fluid.Stool size is normal.But consistency varies some time. I have joint pain also.Severe in arm joints.Burning like pain.What may be the reason.The blood in tool occurred previously about the same time.In the month of August.No weight loss till now.In fact weight has increased.Which I intentionally did.What may be the reason.Which specialist should I meet.What tests should I do? Anxiety is killing me!

My brother is in depression ,it's been more than 2.5 months  . But right now I think he is in very low phase right now .He only talks to me but bot not on daily basis sometimes he get irritated by this also . He gets irritated by doing basic chores like brushing bathing . Sometimes he don't even bother to brush or bath . He doesn't even care about his looks beard etc . Barely eats . Eats only one time of the day and that also according to mood. Keeps lights always close unless he has to eat . I have been suggesting him to take a help from a doctor but he doesn't listen says . If we want to help him that don't help him . And if he will go outside for help they won't understand what I'm going through , In fact no one in this world can understand what I'm going through . So I'll heal myself I don't need anyone's help cause they will only worsen this . I can't force him but as a specialist can any one suggest me what can do to make it little better .
