I have 6 months old baby. Due to low breast milk production I started using Domstal 10mg trice a day and it's been 2 months Ian using this tablet. If I stop taking tablet there is milk production now. Till now I don't notice any side effects but is it safe to use for another month as kid is just6months.kindly advice.

My baby is 2 months 22 days old and she spits like curdy..paediatrician suggested to give junior lanzol tablet...after giving it, she spits a lot (more than previously)...can I give domstal drops as an alternative or else shall I stop all the medicine regarding this... My child was having problem of loose motion and vomiting so given him enterobad, domstal, zifi drops, zn20 and normet. He is passing lil lil stool and 1 normal stool not watery but not firm too. Wat can be done. He is not passing enough urine too and also having lil sneezing problem

My 50 days old baby vomits 3-4 times in a day ,after feed .we make her burp after every feed and hold in upright position for around 10 mins.we give 0.3 ml domstal drops thrice in a day but still she vomits 3-4 times she isn't gaining weight. Can you please suggest?
