I have been facing issues with reduced lactation as I am a nursing mother. Dr had advised a tablet named Domstal, it helped but after the course was done for 5 days the milk again reduced substantially. Please advise something that helps in long run.

My 3.5 year old daughter has motion sickness during travel. She was prescribed Domstal but she is someone who does not take medicines easily. She mostly spits it out. We are going on a road trip later this week and I was wondering if there are any strips that she can take orally by placing on the tongue. And would i need a prescription for something like that. My son is 4months old he has reflux. We are giving him Domstal suspension 1mg syrup 0.8ml twice a day. He usually throws up one full feed on daily basis. His intake is around 700ml. He is active and weights around 6kgs. Can you please suggest us if we should continue with domstal since it has been a month with this syrup. And if yes what would be the correct quantity to continue? Kindly suggest because this is the only biggest concern of him throwing up as we have also done the ultrasound for stomach and found no issues. Hence we are really confused why is this happening?

My 3 month old daughter has been diagnosed with GERD. Doctor recommended Lanzol Junior 15 mg (half tablet once daily in morning) and Domstal Suspension (1 ml thrice daily). However, after starting the medications my daughter is having difficulty sleeping and also swallowing milk. She has also developed a skin in her neck. Which medicine is causing the side effects? Can I stop domstal and continue with lanzol?
