From today morning whatever she eats or drinks she vomits total 5 times, have given domstal as advised and gave coconut Water after 30 mins and again she vomited she has little fever also, advise

Hello.... In viral fever nausea and vomiting is common ... Just don't let her dehydrated ...Give her water sip by sip ... You can even give her ors if she very dehydrated ,signs of dehydration include sunken eyes ,feeling thirsty , weak etc... Viral fever subside on its own ... If it's persistent you have to consult pediatrician .
