This is nothing but gastrocolic reflex so nothing to worry you just need to burp your baby well and avoid over feeding if any along with head up for 15 min post each feed

This is quite common in infants especialy preterm infants due to immature esophageal sphincter and is generally harmless.if your baby is active, feeding well and gaining weight as you mentioned, then no need to worry.
Next Steps
you can feed the baby for shorter duration and on demand, and burp after each feed for 15-20min by holding baby upright over shoulder, this will help reduce the reflux. if baby shows danger signs like abdominal distension, excessive inconsolable cry and decrease activity then immediately consult pediatrician for examination.

Greetings Look's like gastrocolic reflex is a normal physiological response in infants, whose digestive systems are still developing. This reflex often triggers a bowel movement or mild spitting up immediately after feeding. While typically not a cause for concern if the baby remains well-hydrated, persistent vomiting accompanied by signs of dehydration or lethargy may indicate an underlying pathological issue. In such cases, a medical evaluation is necessary to investigate the cause of recurrent vomiting.

Your baby is a 32-weeker, now at term corrected age, weight 3.2 kg — and the reassuring signs are all there: good urine output, regular stools, feeding well. This is physiological GER, very common at this age. Domstal is not recommended for infant reflux — please stop it. What helps: Smaller, more frequent feeds (avoid long continuous feeds) Burp mid-feed Keep upright 20–30 min after feeds 15–30° head elevation during sleep
Next Steps
Visit your pediatrician if vomiting becomes forceful/projectile, baby loses weight, or refuses feeds. Most babies outgrow this by 4–6 months corrected age.

Vomiting 5-6 times in a day a small quantity like 1-2 spoons is of no concern if the baby is feeding well and gaining 20-30 gm weight daily. After six months of age the vomiting will reduce as babies learn to sit upright and it will be difficult for the food to move against gravity. Repeated vomiting poor weight gain or loss of weight should be investigated.
Next Steps
No worries. Consult if necessary.

In preterm babies, small curd-like vomiting/spitting after feeds can commonly occur due to reflux and immature stomach function. Please avoid feeding continuously for very long duration. Give smaller frequent feeds, burp properly during and after feeds, and keep baby upright for 20–30 minutes after feeding. If baby is active, passing urine well and gaining weight, usually it improves gradually. But since vomiting is occurring after almost every feed, baby should be examined once by a pediatrician to assess weight gain, hydration and feeding pattern properly. Please immediately consult nearby hospital if vomiting becomes forceful/projectile, green in color, baby becomes lethargic, abdomen becomes swollen, fever develops, or urine output decreases.

This is called Gastro colic reflex.. Baby’s digestive system is immature.. whenever baby takes feed, due to this reflex, baby passes stools or do vomiting immediately after taking feeds.. No need to worry as long as baby is well dehydrated. But if baby is dehydrated or lethargic, then it is likely pathological. Then need to do investigation to find out cause of recurrent vomiting.
Next Steps
USG abdomen, if vomiting doesn’t settles
