If the baby up to 6 months of age is breastfeeding, she may poop twenty times a day or may not poop for five days. It's normal as long as the baby is passing urine 6-8 times, gaining weight and doesn't have any straining symptoms

Babies on breast feed need not go to poop daily as the waste in breast milk is negligible. You need not worry as long as baby feeding normally.
Next Steps
At 2 months babies develop gas passing and abdomen distension fir this you need sometimes not always require medication if crying excessively.
Health Tips
Try mother to take less spicy food and reduce coffee and tea intake.
