Since your baby is already 37 weeks corrected gestation age, I would suggest exclusive breastfeeding. If mother's milk is inadequate continue non nutritive sucking and other troph feeds.
Regarding maintaining adequate temperature and bathing /clothing ,

Hi dear premature baby need little extra care ..
For temperature you can do KMC ( skin to skin contact) help in gaining weight..
avoid over clothing
yes you can bath your baby with continuous breastfeeding
Greetings
Your baby's current temperature of 97.1°F is slightly low, as a normal underarm range is 97.5°F to 99°F; practice skin-to-skin contact or adjust clothing layers if needed.
The hand-shaking when exposed to air is a normal immature neurological response known as the Moro or startle reflex, which should gradually disappear.
Give your baby a short 5 to 10-minute swaddle bath with warm water two to three times a week in a room free of drafts.
Continue giving expressed breast milk after direct feedings until her pediatrician confirms she is gaining weight well and latching long enough to sustain herself.
Since premature infants require specific tracking for growth milestones
Temperature variation is common in preterm babies as they have less body fat and immature temperature control. Keep baby warm with layering and skin-to-skin care, but avoid overclothing.
You can give sponge bath now and proper tub bath once baby is maintaining temperature well and gaining weight steadily.
If baby feeds actively for 10–15 minutes, passes urine well, and gains weight, direct breastfeeding may be enough. Continue expressed milk supplementation till pediatrician confirms adequate weight gain.
If temperature stays below 97°F, baby becomes lethargic, feeds poorly, or breathing difficulty occurs → immediate pediatric review.
