Gaining weight of premature twins babies
Does formula milk(pre NAN pro) helps in gaining weight of premature twins  babies born at 33 weeks ? Bcoz I can not give them breast milk .

Breast feeding is the best for preterm babies... If you have issues with BM then you can give preterm formula with proper dilution...it also increase weight of premies if given adequately..

nothing is best or as good as mother's milk..

Breast feeding has several benefits including good weight gain so it's the first priority. Can get checked for breast related problems like flat nipple or breast engorgement. Till then continue with formula feeds with clean water.

Mother’s milk is best to increase weight . If breast milk is not sufficient, then you can give pre-formula in correct dilution.
