Baby boy no weight gain 5 months
My baby boy is full term and his birth weight is 3.4 kg. His age by today is 150 days. Going to be completed 5th month by next week. Today we went to the clinic his OFC is 41 cms and length is 63 cms and weight is 5.7 kgs. My baby is active like listening, watching, rolling back to stomach,trying to move forward and making ahhh sound in a big manner. But he is not taking milk. He is taking milk 4 hours per day. From birth onwards he is using breastfeeding 15 days back we started lactogen pro 1 formula milk also. Both together he is taking only 250 ml per day. Why is he not gaining properly. We are very much worried. With the same age babies near by house looks bubbly. Please suggest please

Apart from weight, ht and OFC is normal. Instead of starting formula feed you can start complementary feed I.e. dal water, vegetable soup, rice water and fruit juice followed by breast milk.
