Side effect omez in breastfeeding women

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My 2 month old baby vomiting whenever i breast feeded him , after i have taken omez injection through trip.what is the reason? How can i solve it? I have alreay given domstal baby drops 45 mints before feeding.but again he vomited

No need to worry if baby is passing adequate urine ie. Minimum 6-8 times per day Keep a watch on urine output Vomiting may be due to gas in stomach Burp ur baby properly for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp. It will help. Give colic aid drops 5drops if exessive cry Give dostal suspension.0.4 ml sos if vomiting only. If persistant vomiting, refusal to feed, decreased activity, less urine output,blood in motion Then need to Consult immediately to ur nearest pediatrician
