3 week old baby Vomiting milk
My 3 week old baby is vomiting milk in projectile during breastfeeding and sometimes just after feeding during burping she vomits or spills the milk from nostrils and mouth. Is this normal and how do I manage this? I burp her everytime after feeding and hold her on my shoulder in upright position for 20 minutes after each feed. She passes stools and urine after every feed.

If the vomit is green or red, and if you find your baby not sucking well, not gaining weight or looking unwell, see a pediatrician immediately.
Proper burping after feed is necessary. Avoid bottle feeds.
