Good evening doctor, I have high fever for 2 days and I take pcm+diclofenac sodium tablet. Fever comes down but today I measured my blood pressure when I lying on bed. It also lies between 100/58. 105/62. 104/64. Not goes above 110 /70. Is low blood pressure after fever is normal or medicine reaction. Because I have always normal BP 115/74. But today it is very low first time 100/57. I am so much worried and my plan is expired. I renew my plan this week. So please suggest me what I do??? Please help???

I am taking Etilaam pro 20 and Nexito 10 since 20days And Now I have tooth problem then I visited Dentist gave me Fetmoxy 625 which is Amoxicillin and potassium Convulate Acid, Metronidazole 400 and Trypsin+ Bromelain+ Rutoside+Diclofenac combination for pain killer For 6 days and I m taking it since 4 days. Now i thought to check my blood glucose level so I check it on my Dr.Trust Glucometer Machine Which gave me reading of 114 first time then 2nd time it give 108. Am I diabetic, please guide me sir I m very anxious about this. 🙏🙏🙏

For the severe toothache due to infection in cavity but no swelling, dentist prescribed amoxclav 625 twice a day, alongside ketorol dt for pain but the effect just going off in 2 hours, another was on suggested ultracet, but it completely failed to work . I had to contact general physician to explore my options, i was prescribed diclofenac which so far seem to work. Can any dentist please explain me, if these usual pain medicines are not working for my pain, what will i do after rct treatment?? Because considering the failed situation of painkillers in my case, i am like afraid of going forward with rct now

Hi, my father is having sugar bp prblm from past 6-7yrs, medications (metformin 500mg BD, glimeperide 2mg BD, Telma 40mg OD, Amlodipine 5mg OD) He got some cut on toe his foot fingers are numb then it doesn't cured , now foot is swollen, red and paining..near by doctors are not treating him because of sugar He took antibiotics n painkiller earlier (Amoxicillin capsules IP 500mg and diclofenac) Now he is taking some medicines mentioned on attached image. I am worried if it becomes severe or untreatable What exactly happened to him?

Hi, I am experiencing neck pain from past 5days. The pain is more in seating position (It started with neck and radiating till shoulder bone) and in sleeping / standing position it is only a neck pain. I am applying diclofenac diethylamine IP gel (2 times a day) and taking ibuprofen 400mg (2 times a day). I am getting temporary relief but its not getting cured completly. I tried neck coller (a day) but its no use. Is it just a neck pain or pinched nerve? Should i consult doctor? If yes, is it general physician or neurophysican?

I was feeling breathlessness due to blocked nose as I had flu / common cold fever runny nose  disappeared in less than 1 day just blocked nose stayed that too unbearable I believe that caused breathlessness so doctor gave me two medicines 👉ranitidine hydrochloride 👉diclofenac sodium paracetamol & It worked blocked nose & breathlessness is no more but still 2 more doses are pending Question : I have dry cough issue so can I take cough syrup ( dextromethorphan hydrobromide and chlorpheniramine maleate syrup ) when on those medicines ?  Thankyou

24M No previous medical history No medication ,Non Smoker I feel pain and swelling at Left back side of Neck where it meets shoulders. On pressing although I don't find lump , the spot where it hurts the most, I can feel something different inside it, like some nerve inside enlarged and painful The symptoms are since 7 days taken ibruofen ( 5 days twice a day)  and applied diclofenac gel no any relief yet! Pain Doesn't aggrevate on neck motion but feels immense when that part is pressed. (Pain level 6 out of 10) Is there any lymph node in this region?

Hello Doctor, I have had mild disc bulge at l4 l5. This pain also radiates to the side of my hips. Also after sitting for a long period my coccyx starts to hurt. And recently I had a bad sprain in my lower back that has worsened it. Although I have tried to manage it with 10 days of medications and still continuing with diclofenac ointment and repeated hot packs at the area. My question is that how to reverse this kind of degenerative disc issue over the time. What supplements can I take and what are the precautions I should be taking. What is the best sleep position? Hi, I am not pregnant.I have severe abdomen bloating and discomfort for past 5 days. I ate few meals from restaurant last week.i have also been taking NSAIDs (diclofenac sodium and ibprufen) last few weeks.i have upper abdominal bloating and discomfort, it's mostly on the right side. I feel nauseated and don't eat anything much. Also have heartburn and some bitter taste in the mouth. Even if I drink a cup of water, I feel nauseated and feels like vomiting. I took gelusil tablet for 2 days. I keep burping even if I don't eat anything. What else to do to make feel better? The bloating is still the same for past 5 days. I am eating only bread and banana. Still the bloating doesn't reduce. Does it require further diagnosis or what medicine should I take? Bitter taste in the mouth is throughout the day even if I eat food or not.

I had severe cough on few months back and took more than month to recover however since that day I have been facing multiple joint pain and two months back I consulted general physician regarding my situation and suggested me to take several CBC test and given diclofenac 50SR for around two weeks still I felt the pain but I stopped that medicine after two weeks and felt somewhat better after stopped however after to that I checked with orthopedist about my situation and suggested me to take few medicines which I have listed when I start that medicine so abruptly stopped everything after four days since to that date sometimes I feel so relaxed but sometimes feel like pain travelling all over joints but minimally please suggest me any natural remedy to recover fully from this issue I have attached my RA test CRP test and tablet details
