I am seeking help for my mothers health condition (42 yrs old.) She had vitamin d 3 few months earlier as doctor prescribed her. In august she gets flu (like most of the people in neighborhood ) and her leg knee and hand specially hand fingers swelled. We had numerous change of doctor and consultants since then currently she in taking diclofenac tab (with three other tabs). Even if she misses on dose of that in 6 months hands swell back. the new doctor ( goverment ) say it is after effect of chickengunia fever. Please help me out.

Hi, Since 18yrs of my age, i have been diagnosed with Mild sinus migraine. I get headache when i hear loud music, sunlight and heat in aire which results in sweating and then ends with migraine. During summer in every week i take at least 2-3 times paracetamol tablets. Or if its worst i go for combination of diclofenac with paracetamol. Sometimes my headache goes very very bad, it feels like my head is goign to burst. I hate taking medicine , isn't there any permanent solution for this? I had asked my doctors, but they say there no permanent solution. My concern is, i am planning for pregnancy, So i am wondering if during that period if i get those bad headaches i wont be able to take these painkillers. Am i right? If yes, then i am really scared. Any suggestions ?

History of Brain Spine TB and Hydrocephalus. Took ATT for 3 yrs, corticosteroid for 1.5 yrs. . Got treated 2 yrs back. Paracetamol tablet or injection won't provide releif for any kind of pain. Single dose of Diclofenac also doesn't provide releif. If I'm going in emergency for stomach pain and acidity my pain doesn't come down in single dose of pain injection. Idk what's happening. Help

On 22nd sep, my big toe of the right leg hit the flooring due to a two wheeler kick. It resulted in strain pain for 2 hours and eventually subsided after cold pack and diclofenac cream. Now, at this date, there is no pain, no swelling but there is occasional stiffness in the primary joint of the big toe and from down side it kind of hurts as if some nerve is getting stretched. It's happening right at the down side of the big toe joint. There is no otherwise pain in bending it upwards or downwards but minor stiffness can be felt

Ciplox TZ tab ( Ciprofloxacin 500mg + Tinitazole 600mg 2. Tolpa d tab ( Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10mg) Please advice so that I can take decision

2 days ago, while bathing she hurt her knee. Her leg slipped and her right knee hit the wall then a bucket full of water feel on the same knee. She didn't do anything thinking it was minor pain. Couldn't go to hospital on Saturday or Sunday. The pain worsened over time. "She currently is having trouble bending her knee, its very hard to walk, redness in the knee area, alot of swelling, and in her words "it feels and sounds like rubbing two stone together" when she tries to move it. Till now she has applied diclofenac gel multiple times, ice once a day, a tied knee with a clothe. On Monday morning she has an important exam and right now she cannot even walk. Earliest she can go to a doctor is after her exam i.e. 12:45 Monday. What should she do to decrease pain.

I am mother of one year old daughter. I use to give swing to her cradle(Palna) continuously (1hr) for so many days in night. Now, I have pain and spasm in my right hand wrist. I applied Diclofenac gel after hot water pack application. But still no relief. Is there any muscle relaxnt which I can take as I am breastfeeding my baby. Pain is bearable till now so I have not taken any painkiller, but I am unable to lift any heavy object and my baby. My vitamin D level is also low 4.27 ng/ml and B12 is 372 pg/ml.

Good evening doctor, I have high fever for 2 days and I take pcm+diclofenac sodium tablet. Fever comes down but today I measured my blood pressure when I lying on bed. It also lies between 100/58. 105/62. 104/64. Not goes above 110 /70. Is low blood pressure after fever is normal or medicine reaction. Because I have always normal BP 115/74. But today it is very low first time 100/57. I am so much worried and my plan is expired. I renew my plan this week. So please suggest me what I do??? Please help???

I am taking Etilaam pro 20 and Nexito 10 since 20days And Now I have tooth problem then I visited Dentist gave me Fetmoxy 625 which is Amoxicillin and potassium Convulate Acid, Metronidazole 400 and Trypsin+ Bromelain+ Rutoside+Diclofenac combination for pain killer For 6 days and I m taking it since 4 days. Now i thought to check my blood glucose level so I check it on my Dr.Trust Glucometer Machine Which gave me reading of 114 first time then 2nd time it give 108. Am I diabetic, please guide me sir I m very anxious about this. 🙏🙏🙏

For the severe toothache due to infection in cavity but no swelling, dentist prescribed amoxclav 625 twice a day, alongside ketorol dt for pain but the effect just going off in 2 hours, another was on suggested ultracet, but it completely failed to work . I had to contact general physician to explore my options, i was prescribed diclofenac which so far seem to work. Can any dentist please explain me, if these usual pain medicines are not working for my pain, what will i do after rct treatment?? Because considering the failed situation of painkillers in my case, i am like afraid of going forward with rct now
