I am suffering from swelling and slight pain in my Rt. knee joint. Happened one month ago, when my knee got a sudden 'jerk' while walking. MRI says 1. Degenerative tear posterior horn medial meniscus 2. moderate joint effusion Took Diclofenac/ Paracetamol tabs for 2 weeks. Not much effect and still I can't bent my Rt. Knee.I am diabetic since 28 years. My age is 61. Is there a cure for this, preferably without surgery. Is there good Homeopathy treatment available. Please suggest alopathy also

Hello sir/madam,Hi i'm 18yo boy and There is a pain on the edge above my eyes from the crew 3-4 days.I'm following this medication. Tobramycin & dexamethasone sodium phosphate eye Drops. and Carboxymethyl cellulose eye drops i'm taking this drops 4-times a day and taking diclofenac sodium 50mg & paracetamol 325mg tablets 2 times a day. i don't understand my problem because my eye is not showing red colour i don't have itching on my eyes. so please tell me the core reason of it? Hi this is gopi Krishna from hyderabad recently I started using jumping rope and medium stable running(doing workout without shoes/hardsurface at home) ....I was k for couple of days and after that the next day I tried some more no of rounds of workout which gives me a sort of front side ankle pain when standing on toe....anterior tibialis I think....pain from ankle to main figer of toe...using diclofenac and applying Bengay/omni gel from last 4 days but the pain still exists can some on suggest me the solution for my problem....tq

Myself robin goswami suffering from pain above the tip of coccyx from 7years taking diclofenac sodium paracetamol,but i want to start permanent homeo treatment,i cannot sit for long time,jerking increases my pain small movement is also not possible for me,pain is spreading to my legs,fever is their during pain,MRI COCCYX and LS is done in which L5-S1 disc bulging,nerve compressed,lumber lordosis,accute angulation in coccyx is shown.my age is 31.please advice me the right medicine which i can take for long time.

Hello doctor.. I'm 17, Male suffering from Fissures from past 6months. Consulted 2 doctors. Its been cured for a time and reoccurring again and again. Stools are coming loose and free. But, I couldn't identify the problem. Symptoms are ulcers, pain for hours. I can't sit for many hours. Because of it, I'm unable to go college also. Used ointments like sucralcoat and pilants cream along with tablets pilants and pain killers like diclofenac sodium and acelofenac. Tears are still exists along with pain, ulcers. Mom(50years)  got a knee injury on 4th May . Doctor gave Paracetamol,Diclofenac and Serratiopetidase tablets and cepodoxime 200 mg tablets for 5 days with complete rest and scrap bandage (with that scrap support her leg is sometimes dislocating while walking. Now we did an MRI and the report i am attaching...Doctor now gave Phlogame Forte tablets and linezolide tablets for another 5 days with complete rest. Now he told he will operate it in our city ( basically a district town) and its will take 2-3 hrs...and he will bring arthroscopic instrument from outside for this surgery in a nursing home..Now I KNOW ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO SAY BUT STILL can be proceed for it (i mean as no bone fracture and not that severe) or we should move KOLKATA for it which will be quiet far from our city. I am requesting an OPINION and ASSURANCE 🙏 I mean it will be very helpful if we do it from our city as no inclination for too much Running here and there.

Dear sir, My wife is suffering few helath problems. Actually we really worried about the issues  as we don't know the problem is. Few days before my wife had complain that she has some difficulty in breathing and pain at chest.The same thing occured before few months also but it was cured automatically by the time. We went to doctor recently and undergone all medical tests including blood,CKMB, Chest X ray and ECG. All the reports are normal. But that day doctor has given injections diclofenac 50 mg and pantop 40 mg. But since that day she started to say more discomfort and pain at left hand part, numbness, and little pain at chest. More pain is at left hand side at around the neck and left hand. It is like pain starting at neck and travelling to left hand. Severe pain at left shoulder. We are really worried  as we don't know what the problem is even all reports are normal. She is taking too much tension for the issue. Pls tell us actual problem and whoom shall we consult. pls...

There is slight pain  just above the angle of mandible and in front of auricle...on left side actually it's midway between the angle of mandible and auricle...it's slightly tender on tapping...and I feel the same pain was radiating slightly to my upper teeth on left side..2 days back...but now I don't feel any pain in the upper teeth...but I feel like my left ear is slightly paining because of using headphones always...so I have stopped using them since 2 days...but I don't understand why is it paining infront of auricle just above the angle of mandible...first I thought it's bone pain...but it doesn't seem exactly like bone pain...it's weird kind of pain...I don't understand why it's all of sudden...never experienced this before...first time...and also...only since 2 days and sudden in onset...no other symptoms...I have taken diclofenac only one tablet each day...becz I initially thought it was something related to.teeth...but it's not...is there any suggestion...and what medicines?
