I have loose motion (not watery), twice in the morning and once at night. Also have gas. There will be slight pain on top-left side of my stomach. Uneasiness in stomach. Appetite seems to be normal. No vomiting sensation. What to do to have normal digestion and motion. Medication: I have taken 3 days course for 3 times of Vibact capsules and Lopamide. It feels little better after taking these. But later it starts again. NOTE: All this started after taking pain killers for 2-3 days (Diclofenac potassium). Previously I had a problem of duodenal ulcer (H. pylori).

Tolperitas hydrochloride and diclofenac sodium tablets 5. Paracetamol Tablets

I am seeking help for my mothers health condition (42 yrs old.) She had vitamin d 3 few months earlier as doctor prescribed her. In august she gets flu (like most of the people in neighborhood ) and her leg knee and hand specially hand fingers swelled. We had numerous change of doctor and consultants since then currently she in taking diclofenac tab (with three other tabs). Even if she misses on dose of that in 6 months hands swell back. the new doctor ( goverment ) say it is after effect of chickengunia fever. Please help me out.

Hi, Since 18yrs of my age, i have been diagnosed with Mild sinus migraine. I get headache when i hear loud music, sunlight and heat in aire which results in sweating and then ends with migraine. During summer in every week i take at least 2-3 times paracetamol tablets. Or if its worst i go for combination of diclofenac with paracetamol. Sometimes my headache goes very very bad, it feels like my head is goign to burst. I hate taking medicine , isn't there any permanent solution for this? I had asked my doctors, but they say there no permanent solution. My concern is, i am planning for pregnancy, So i am wondering if during that period if i get those bad headaches i wont be able to take these painkillers. Am i right? If yes, then i am really scared. Any suggestions ?

Sir, I have been suffering from irritation, sensation discomfort in mouth and throat, I need to spit again and again over again due to feeling discomfort, I also feel tightness and stiffness in neck also, and one side tonsil is looking like different in comparison to other side tonsil, such kind of discomfort feeling is reoccur only one aforementioned side, apart from this, in one ear I feel like, it is blowing specially in silence and solitude, I have visited ENT two times, one time he said mild infection, pharyngitis, etc, after two months I visited again he said there is no problem, and he gave antibiotics and gestro capsules, but it recurring. Dear sir, My wife is suffering few helath problems. Actually we really worried about the issues  as we don't know the problem is. Few days before my wife had complain that she has some difficulty in breathing and pain at chest.The same thing occured before few months also but it was cured automatically by the time. We went to doctor recently and undergone all medical tests including blood,CKMB, Chest X ray and ECG. All the reports are normal. But that day doctor has given injections diclofenac 50 mg and pantop 40 mg. But since that day she started to say more discomfort and pain at left hand part, numbness, and little pain at chest. More pain is at left hand side at around the neck and left hand. It is like pain starting at neck and travelling to left hand. Severe pain at left shoulder. We are really worried  as we don't know what the problem is even all reports are normal. She is taking too much tension for the issue. Pls tell us actual problem and whoom shall we consult. pls...

There is slight pain  just above the angle of mandible and in front of auricle...on left side actually it's midway between the angle of mandible and auricle...it's slightly tender on tapping...and I feel the same pain was radiating slightly to my upper teeth on left side..2 days back...but now I don't feel any pain in the upper teeth...but I feel like my left ear is slightly paining because of using headphones always...so I have stopped using them since 2 days...but I don't understand why is it paining infront of auricle just above the angle of mandible...first I thought it's bone pain...but it doesn't seem exactly like bone pain...it's weird kind of pain...I don't understand why it's all of sudden...never experienced this before...first time...and also...only since 2 days and sudden in onset...no other symptoms...I have taken diclofenac only one tablet each day...becz I initially thought it was something related to.teeth...but it's not...is there any suggestion...and what medicines?

Hi, I have been dealing with knee burning happen and seeing from last September. Been to an Ortho and had MRI. MRI says patella subluxation and patella alta. Started PT. Going to PT from last November. No improvement in my symptoms. I still have the burning pain above the knee and swelling. PT told me to see a sports medicine doctor. I saw him. He said it's functional and my patella is high. He said, Only PT can help and prescribed diclofenac sodium 75mg for inflammation. He said there's Inflammation and that could be the reason for this swelling. I am going to same pt now. The current treatment plan is for 4-6 weeks. Going twice a week. I also got shoulder, elbow and wrist pain recently. Doctor said it might tennis elbow or shoulder bursitis or mild carpel tunnel. But pt says it's because of tight trapezius muscle. She want to try dry needling for that. How long does it take to recover from PFPS? Is it normal to have pain for so long? what to do to get back to normal? please help.

I am having pain behind my right shoulder and pain in muscles of my right arm. It is worst in morning after waking up and sometimes pain increases if I turn my head to my right. It gets better if I take diclofenac 100 mg and also gets better if I raise my hand. Range of motion at shoulder joint is normal and grip strength is also normal. But the pain is bothering me a lot. I am not willing to take NSAIDS continually. I got an X ray of shoulder done on suggestion of my diabetologist and it was normal. He just told me to move my arm in all 3 planes 100 times in each plane everyday. Pain on the back of the shoulder improved but the muscle pain in the arm did not improve. I still feel horrible every morning when I wake up from bed or sit in office for prolonged time.                   My questions:- Can u suggest some medicine I can take at night for the pain in morning? Also is it safe to use NSAIDS daily along with zantac? Do I have cervical spondylosis or periarthritis of shoulder?
