After cycling I had cuts and abrasion on my labia majora, inside my vagina hole like 1-2cm inside. There is slight pain like an abrasion or cut would hurt. I do not have any bad odour, no discharge or any itching, though it is dry. I'm taking cefadoxime proxetil potassium clavunate 200mg and Diclofenac-serritopeptidase15mg. Since 12 days no relief

Cramp occurred in lower back region while wearing pant . I can't even Stand since 16hrs .. When I m trying to stand I m falling down. It's very painful when standing up. More on right leg . Pain on lower back and radiating to right leg. Took diclofenac today but not much relief still I can't bear pain

Hello ma'am/sir, My mother was doing yoga when she encountered pain in her groin region which radiated to her lower back. It started in the morning and is not relieved even on applying pain relieving ointment. She is allergic to diclofenac, so i have not allowed any oral medication yet. She has DM, diagnosed last year, with FBS around 220-250. Could you plz suggest any remedy, or a painkiller she take and sleep for the night.

I had a left ear pain day before yesterday night and i couldn't sleep. I consulted a normal physician and he said there is reddening. He prescribed a diclofenac potassium paracetamol tablet and ofloxacin ophthalmic solution ip ear drop. Now severe pain is gone and i feel like my ear is shut. Periodic pain also occurs. I have a slight discomfort in throat too. Beep like sound in ear and slightly insensitive left ear.

I'm having a problem of frequent burping/belching from last 5 months. This has become so critical that some times i used to have 30~40 burps in a minute. I had excruciating pain in my right lower abdomen. Pain was one of the worst ever. I had an ultrasound and they found a 6.8mm calculus in my Right Proximal Ureter with mild kidney swelling. I took Tramadol & Ibuprofen but didn't help much with the pain. The pain came again every 3 hours. So, I got admitted at a nearby hospital. They gave me Diclofenac injection with IV and the pain subsided. I was afraid the pain would come back as it did with Tramadol. It's been 36 hours and the pain hasn't come back (I wasn't given anymore painkiller after the first Diclofenac injection). The doctor told me since the pain hasn't come back, I don't need Lithotripsy or URS. My urine has been clear and no pain/burning or blood seen till now 1) Should I insist on getting URS or Litho? 2) Does Renal colic pain ever come back after a period of no pain for 2 days? 3) How do I know where my stone is and when it will clear out? I can't bear the thought of that pain again. Please revert.

Suffering with intolerable pain due to sprain (right hips)...severesince morning Unable to move, stand or sit. Mobizox , dolokind plus which suggested by local doctor not working. Also applied overon emulgel Generally for me,  acceclofenac and diclofenac causing constipation Next option i have is Ace Proxyvon TH 4 Is it okay or anything else?

I am having mild upper right jaw pain since 3 weeks today I visited dentist he prescribed me powergestic mr (diclofenac sodium,paracetamol,chlorzoxazone) and chexid D. I also has blister in my lower back so physician pricribed moxikind cv 625 ( amoxillin,cluvanic acid), do I take all medicine altogether. Is it cause any wrong combination side effect

I'm having an infection in the ring finger. I'm taking antibiotics and pain killers for it, but the condition is not improving, shall i go for a minor operation for extraction of infection or will it cure with time. I'm taking Diclofenac potassium, Paracetamol once a day and Amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate twice a day apart from this i use warm water to extract infection myself at home.

I am having pain in right hand's wrist in left side from one month. Muscle joining thumb and left side of wrist. It was started when I gave swing continuously to my kid in craddle for several hours in night for so many days. Xray is normal. Ortho prescribed zerodol Sp in first week and Chymoral AP (anti-inflammatory) next weeks alongwith with hot pack and Diclofenac gel. But this stiffness not cured yet. I went to another Ortho he says I have DQ problem. He says operation is required. What is treatment for DQ. What to do?
