I had a left ear pain day before yesterday night and i couldn't sleep. I consulted a normal physician and he said there is reddening. He prescribed a diclofenac potassium paracetamol tablet and ofloxacin ophthalmic solution ip ear drop. Now severe pain is gone and i feel like my ear is shut. Periodic pain also occurs. I have a slight discomfort in throat too. Beep like sound in ear and slightly insensitive left ear.

I'm having a problem of frequent burping/belching from last 5 months. This has become so critical that some times i used to have 30~40 burps in a minute. Its something which shouldn't be accepted now as earlier. Recently i had consulted twice with a same doctor. But Doctor is saying its nothing worry about do regular exercise to keep your digestion fit & Prescribed me a some medicine of Diclofenac-Sodium 100mg. Pls help & suggest.

Hi, I am not pregnant. I am having severe abdominal bloating.It's been there for last 4 days. And diarrhea yesterday.No abdomen pain though. The feel of heaviness is making my stomach so upset and I don't feel like eating.I didn't eat much in the last 2 days. Just eating some toast and bananas.The heaviness is more on the upper side(right) of the stomach and my belly looks so bigger than usual.I am belching more. I did take some gelusil and it gives relief for sometime. I ate some restaurant food in the last week for 2 days. I don't know if that upsets my stomach. Also, I was taking some NSAIDs (diclofenac and ibprufen) in the last few weeks. Taken diclofenac for a week and I got stomach pain. So the doctor told me to stop taking it. I was having fever and sore throat last week. So I have taken ibprufen for 2 days. After that, this bloating and heaviness started.It's so hard feeling in the upper abdomen.I feel nauseated.No vomiting. is it gastritis?what to do next to feel better soon.

I had excruciating pain in my right lower abdomen. Pain was one of the worst ever. I had an ultrasound and they found a 6.8mm calculus in my Right Proximal Ureter with mild kidney swelling. I took Tramadol & Ibuprofen but didn't help much with the pain. The pain came again every 3 hours. So, I got admitted at a nearby hospital. They gave me Diclofenac injection with IV and the pain subsided. I was afraid the pain would come back as it did with Tramadol. It's been 36 hours and the pain hasn't come back (I wasn't given anymore painkiller after the first Diclofenac injection). The doctor told me since the pain hasn't come back, I don't need Lithotripsy or URS. My urine has been clear and no pain/burning or blood seen till now 1) Should I insist on getting URS or Litho? 2) Does Renal colic pain ever come back after a period of no pain for 2 days? 3) How do I know where my stone is and when it will clear out? I can't bear the thought of that pain again. Please revert.

My mother was diagnosed with dengue on 3 November she had Rashes , fever , vomiting like issues. Platlets went as down as 50000 she felt better by November 9 . During treatment she was given Anti vomiting injection and painkillers In saline and after getting better She has persistent Pain in Her right shoulder. I think she was affected by chickengunya also at the same time. As my father is also suffering from chickengunya. Now she has right shoulder pain , slight fever and in cbc her Platlets went to 650000. She doesn't have energy. Her head aches a lot. Also she has persistent pain in right shoulder. What should be done now ? She is on paracetamol, diclofenac and predmt medicine. Her qrp in blood test cam 27 mg.

Hello. My age is 37. I have been experiencing chest discomfort from last 3 days sometimes pain while doing any activity. I have taken ecg which came out normal and 10 days back i have taken ecg and doppler echo which were also normal. I took diclofenac tablet i felt better for few hours after 9 hours again i feel the discomfort. Could you please suggest. I have taken the stress test 1 year back which was also normal and troponin test was normal. I have been taking multiple ecgs over a period of time which was normal. This is impacting me psychologically. Please help. Thank you.

Currently 34 weeks pregnant with upper abdominal pain . My gynae first prescribed drotin m BD for one day, and said if no relieve come to hospital again. Then at night still pain was there, nst was done and it was normal, so she injected pan 40 injection and dynapar injection , and i got relief. But when we googled it showed both drotin m ( which contain mefenamic acid ) and dynapar which contain diclofenac both are nsaids and to be avoided in third trimester which have multiple risks not to be given.. now we are really worried dont know what to do... i am not doubting my doctor but being parents we are really concerned about foetus well being.. what can be done now.

Hello doctors, I have chest pain & shoulder pain and palpitation since 11 months I have done 5 times ECG and 3 times 2D ECHO and 2 times TMT test 7 months ago  doctor said all reports are normal. Doctor prescribed propranolol 10mg for 1 year still taking it 6 months (inderal 10mg) and i consulted Orthopedic doctor he prescribed 10 days diclofenac tablet and gel. Still having pain in left side chest can I test again repeat? Please suggest me.

I am having upper trapezius pain since 5 years back and I take neurokind Lc daily. And when I left that tablet and continued with  stretching exercises only,the pain got even worse and got lower trapezitis pain.It didn't even heal when I applied diclofenac sprays.i can't even sleep at night properly because of the pain.i took heat physiotherapy once and got painkiller injection but that didn't even work.And when I get massaged by non professionals,it get healed but only temporarily.Shall I continue taking those tablets or leave them?
