Sir, I have been suffering from irritation, sensation discomfort in mouth and throat, I need to spit again and again over again due to feeling discomfort, I also feel tightness and stiffness in neck also, and one side tonsil is looking like different in comparison to other side tonsil, such kind of discomfort feeling is reoccur only one aforementioned side, apart from this, in one ear I feel like, it is blowing specially in silence and solitude, I have visited ENT two times, one time he said mild infection, pharyngitis, etc, after two months I visited again he said there is no problem, and he gave antibiotics and gestro capsules, but it recurring. There is history of my treatment which I have used several times. History of medical treatment Fillreb Dsr. Trypo. D Zerodol sp. Dear sir, My wife is suffering few helath problems. Actually we really worried about the issues  as we don't know the problem is. Few days before my wife had complain that she has some difficulty in breathing and pain at chest.The same thing occured before few months also but it was cured automatically by the time. We went to doctor recently and undergone all medical tests including blood,CKMB, Chest X ray and ECG. All the reports are normal. But that day doctor has given injections diclofenac 50 mg and pantop 40 mg. But since that day she started to say more discomfort and pain at left hand part, numbness, and little pain at chest. More pain is at left hand side at around the neck and left hand. It is like pain starting at neck and travelling to left hand. Severe pain at left shoulder. We are really worried  as we don't know what the problem is even all reports are normal. She is taking too much tension for the issue. Pls tell us actual problem and whoom shall we consult. pls...

There is slight pain  just above the angle of mandible and in front of auricle...on left side actually it's midway between the angle of mandible and auricle...it's slightly tender on tapping...and I feel the same pain was radiating slightly to my upper teeth on left side..2 days back...but now I don't feel any pain in the upper teeth...but I feel like my left ear is slightly paining because of using headphones always...so I have stopped using them since 2 days...but I don't understand why is it paining infront of auricle just above the angle of mandible...first I thought it's bone pain...but it doesn't seem exactly like bone pain...it's weird kind of pain...I don't understand why it's all of sudden...never experienced this before...first time...and also...only since 2 days and sudden in onset...no other symptoms...I have taken diclofenac only one tablet each day...becz I initially thought it was something related to.teeth...but it's not...is there any suggestion...and what medicines?

Hi, I have been dealing with knee burning happen and seeing from last September. Been to an Ortho and had MRI. MRI says patella subluxation and patella alta. Started PT. Going to PT from last November. No improvement in my symptoms. I still have the burning pain above the knee and swelling. PT told me to see a sports medicine doctor. I saw him. He said it's functional and my patella is high. He said, Only PT can help and prescribed diclofenac sodium 75mg for inflammation. He said there's Inflammation and that could be the reason for this swelling. I am going to same pt now. The current treatment plan is for 4-6 weeks. Going twice a week. I also got shoulder, elbow and wrist pain recently. Doctor said it might tennis elbow or shoulder bursitis or mild carpel tunnel. But pt says it's because of tight trapezius muscle. She want to try dry needling for that. How long does it take to recover from PFPS? Is it normal to have pain for so long? what to do to get back to normal? please help.

I am having pain behind my right shoulder and pain in muscles of my right arm. It is worst in morning after waking up and sometimes pain increases if I turn my head to my right. It gets better if I take diclofenac 100 mg and also gets better if I raise my hand. Range of motion at shoulder joint is normal and grip strength is also normal. But the pain is bothering me a lot. I am not willing to take NSAIDS continually. I got an X ray of shoulder done on suggestion of my diabetologist and it was normal. He just told me to move my arm in all 3 planes 100 times in each plane everyday. Pain on the back of the shoulder improved but the muscle pain in the arm did not improve. I still feel horrible every morning when I wake up from bed or sit in office for prolonged time.                   My questions:- Can u suggest some medicine I can take at night for the pain in morning? Also is it safe to use NSAIDS daily along with zantac? Do I have cervical spondylosis or periarthritis of shoulder?

All the time Pain on the right thigh, between hip and knee bone, no relief after taking diclofenac tablets, vitamin tablets, many other medicines also, in scanning of thigh and x ray of spine, there is no problem at all. But in MRI it is written as - disc dessication at L4, L5, L5-S1 levels. - diffuse disc bulge at L2, L3 level causing thecal sac compression minimal bilateral neural foramen narrowing . - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L4 L5 levels causing thecal sac compression, impingement on bilateral traversing & exiting nerve roots. - diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at  L5 S1 levels causing thecal sac compressionbilateral neural foramen narrowing  impingement on bilateral exiting nerve roots. Hi Me my bf had sex last month 12(Feb). Although it was protected sex and i got my periods on 28Feb on time and as usual bleeding time two days And we had a test on 9 Match it was negative with urine pregnancy test kit. And later on 28 March i got my periods again with same periods duration of 2 days. After 15 days of those periods i was feeling dizziness, anxiety or nervousness. We did test with UPT it was negative and We go for beta hcg and the result was 1.2 on 7th of April. My periods were due on 28 of April which i got on 1 of May and due to sever pain i took diclofenac tablet after that my periods stopped with very minor bleeding. I did a test from UPT it was negative on 2nd May and 6th May as well. After that on 6th May we took beta hcg which was 0.4 and and prolactin was 14.10. Is there any chance of pregnancy?

I was using vacuum cleaner at home and that has some Velcro attachments at the bottom. I was taking the Velcro cloth out and suddenly that latch closed. The bottom base of vacuum machine just landed on my fingers. I took my fingers out. No bleeding or open cut. Three fingers got hurt. Second, third and fourth fingers got hurt. Not on the joint. But it's above the joint. Exactly between nails and finger joint, that space.  After an hour, one finger swelled a little bit on that area. No redness on any fingers.  I took ibuprofen last night. I woke up and fingers are still painful and feel very weak. I am able to bend my fingers but feel pain in that swollen area on that particular finger. Feels tight , numb and weak. Is this signs of bruised finger? Or fractured? I did take ibuprofen and used some Diclofenac gel on it. I am worried if I broke any ligaments or bone.

50 yrs female who underwent 3rd chemo for large intestine, rectum malignancy suffering with lower back pain since a week after 3rd chemo and light swelling above buttocks ie in between lower backbone and bumps. she is having intolerable pain on back and pain is radiating to vagina. Inspite of taking good food .but some times she is unable to eat and vomits. What to do? She is crying with pain. Why like this sir? Any medicine for her pain management. Patient stays at Eluru and her chemos at Guntur GG hospital.she can't even travel at present pandemic situation . Surgery is not yet done. Pl suggest the medicine . Can you suggest what to be done for her. Her bowls also bit tight in this week, and they inserted dulcolox suppository medicine suggested last time. Pl let me know the solution for her swelling and lower back pain. Diclofenac sodium 50mg for back pain was suggested by doctor at Guntur G.G. Hospitals, It is not giving relief not working in her case .Please advice
