Had a Sphincteretomy 12/2/2018. They did nick a vein so I bled a lot but they stitched it up. Have been in a lot of pain had to have morphine for relief. Back home and on Paracetamol and Diclofenac. Rectum still leaks a little blood constantly. Think I have now the flu, got shivers, a slight cough, headache and feel like throwing up while eating. Should I be worried about the bleeding and what medication can I take for the flu that won’t mess with my recovery from the sphincteretomy?

I was sitting on the ground and ,in order to stand, I put my whole weigh (240 lb) on my right knee. Since then the pain started around the knee, but l can walk normaly. The pain went down to my shaft, a steering short.pain that last for minutes then disappears. I swallowed a potassium diclofenac tablet and the knee pain is nearlly gone, but the leg still hurts.

My husband is a s/w engineer maximum times he will be busy with his laptop, from three days he is suffering with a severe right shoulder pain its some where around his shoulder shifting from neck to upper arm n making him very uncomfortable he is using Diclofenac gel prescribed by one general physician which is not working well and the pain is really severe as he is unable to control its making him shiver please do the need ful

Hello doctor, Iam suffering from rectal bleeding from 15 days and have taken pilants, dobesil, proxyvon tablets for 10 days and still continuing cremaffinplus syrup, and using smuth ointment, bleeding is stopped but during bowel movement the wound which is dried up keeps irritating and also iam scared that the wound might reoccur I still iam not able to sit for more than half an hour. Please suggest what can be done. Iam allergic to Septron and diclofenac.

Hi, yesterday i got a fracture in left wrist. I started treatment yesterday. Doctor suggest kachha plaster. He gave three medicine (1. Ranitidine tablets IP 150mg 2. Metformin Hydrochloride tablets IP 3. Diclofenac tablets IP 50 mg) But there is no relief in pain. I am suffering from pain.

Hi, I am not pregnant. I am having severe abdominal bloating.It's been there for last 4 days. And diarrhea yesterday.No abdomen pain though. The feel of heaviness is making my stomach so upset and I don't feel like eating.I didn't eat much in the last 2 days. Just eating some toast and bananas.The heaviness is more on the upper side(right) of the stomach and my belly looks so bigger than usual.I am belching more. I did take some gelusil and it gives relief for sometime. I ate some restaurant food in the last week for 2 days. I don't know if that upsets my stomach. Also, I was taking some NSAIDs (diclofenac and ibprufen) in the last few weeks. Taken diclofenac for a week and I got stomach pain. So the doctor told me to stop taking it. I was having fever and sore throat last week. So I have taken ibprufen for 2 days. After that, this bloating and heaviness started.It's so hard feeling in the upper abdomen.I feel nauseated.No vomiting. is it gastritis?what to do next to feel better soon.

Suffering from piles. A feeling of anus area filled remain all time. I have taken sitz bath applied ano metrogyl cream but no improvement. Pain while passing stool.Now consulted surgeon. He had done blood test stool test and physical examination of anal area and detected infection in both blood,stool and anal area.now he has given monocef 2g injection for 5 days 2 times a day and some medicine diclofenac ofloxacine ornidazole tab but hasn't reached on any conclusion asked me for revisit after 5 days

I get my body checkup done once a year and my fasting glucose always remains between 74 and 84 and last time in October my hba1c was 5.0. The medicine that i am taking for my wrist pain and inflammation and swelling is Diclofenac sodium, paracetamol & Serratiopeptidase tablets. After eating clean homemade food, why did my fasting glucose come to 95? I mean why does it increase? Am I prone to diabetes? PS- I don't have a family history of diabetes.
